Camila Cabello

Global Tour

This experience completely changed my life. I was referred to Camila’s team by fellow Pro BMX Athlete, Jarren Barboza, and soon after, Jarren, Billy Perry, and I were riding alongside Camila on her world tour. It wasn’t just another gig—it was an epic adventure. Every stop, every rehearsal, every performance was packed with energy and excitement, from Portugal to Morocco, Denmark, the UK, Mexico, Las Vegas, Miami, and Atlanta. Camila Cabello, one of pop’s brightest stars, known for her chart-topping hits like "Havana" and "Señorita" and her commanding stage presence, was the heart of the tour. She is a force in the music industry, with a voice that has captivated millions worldwide and an unmatched ability to light up any stage. To share the stage with someone who has brought so much to pop music was an honor beyond words.

What made this experience even more special was working with professional dancers and world-class choreographers, Calvit Hodge and Sara Bivens. But, it didn’t stop there—we had the incredible Ralphy Ramos as our creative advisor, who ensured that BMX was represented authentically on the world stage. Together, we created the first-ever mix of pop music and BMX on live stages, blending the worlds of music and action sports in a way that had never been done before.

Performing in front of hundreds of thousands of people was unreal. The rush of adrenaline was like nothing I’ve ever felt, especially when I was riding mere inches from dancers or even Camila herself. The stakes were high, and the pressure of getting everything perfect on a live stage made it all the more thrilling. There were challenges—staying rested while traveling, adapting to different stage setups, and the nerves of performing with Camila on my pegs, knowing the whole audience was watching. But the team came together to make magic happen.

This project elevated my career to a whole new level. I wasn’t just riding BMX anymore; I was part of something massive. Working with Camila Cabello opened doors, with companies like Hulu, iHeart Radio, and MTV sharing my story. It was the moment BMX got its rightful spotlight in the mainstream music world, and I was front and center.
